She loves teaching in the Community College arena and giving traditionally disadvantaged kids a leg-up. My first teaching job was a year of teaching a huge class of 5th graders in a Catholic school in Bethesda, Maryland when I was 18 years old. I had just finished my Freshman year of college at Seton HIll in Pennsylvania, and was able to pay for my tuition by teaching school for a year.
